The stomach cancer study is ongoing and we now need information on additional dogs that have been affected by stomach cancer.  Please complete this survey if you currently have or had a dog with stomach cancer but did not previously submit a survey.  We know there are more people out there who have had dogs with stomach cancer, and we need you to come forward and give us information about your dog now!  Owners do not need to be members of the American Belgian Tervuren Club to participate.  We need information on all affected dogs that were alive from 1990 to present.  Surveys can be submitted by US mail or emailed as an attachment to the addresses listed below.
